MOUVbarre is a fun, unique, high energy class. It fuses legendary fitness techniques from Pilates, Dance, Calisthenics, and yoga. You will streamline, firm, tighten, and tone your entire body. This class will increase balance, body awareness, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.

MOUVmat™ is a cardio based mat work class that incorporates the Pilates classical exercises and principles in time to music. This fast-paced class is designed to challenge your strength, balance, and coordination whilst increasing your heart rate. We use weights, bands and balls to provide a fun up-tempo class that will ultimately increase your stamina.

MOUVfusion is a high-energy combination of our MOUVbarre and MOUVmat methods with added elements of plyometrics and high-intensity intervals. This class will boost your metabolism, strengthen your bones and sculpt your entire body
