We offer a well-rounded Barre dominated schedule, including our original format MOUVbarre, MOUVmat, and MOUVfusion. You will never take the same class twice and you will always leave class feeling strong, lengthened, and joyful.

MOUVbarre (60 minutes)

A fun, unique, high energy class. It fuses legendary fitness techniques from Pilates, Dance, Calisthenics, and yoga. You will streamline, firm, tighten, and tone your entire body. This class will increase balance, body awareness, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.

MOUV3 (60 minutes)

(HIIT + Barre + Mat) connects components of cardiovascular and functional strength training with ballet and yoga to create an energetic total body workout.
We begin with a combination of high-intensity interval drills and athletic conditioning followed by ballet barre and finish with fine-tuning and core work on the mat

Cardio Dance (60 minutes)

Fuses musical rhythms and choreographed dance moves together to create a dynamic workout that is designed for fun - and a great workout! 

Moving to the music allows your mind to relax while your body is in constant motion. The best part? No prior dance experience is required. Our class offers easy-to-learn moves that anyone can pick up (yes, even us super uncoordinated folks!). Cardio Dance improves coordination, rhythm, boosts your brain, utilizes different muscle groups and breaks the workout monotony!
