What do I need to bring? 

A yoga mat, towel and water. We will provide all the equipment needed for class. There is a water fountain to refill your bottle and there is bottled water available for purchase. 


What should I wear? 

We recommend fitted exercise clothing that will help you move and breathe comfortably. Grip socks are optional but most go barefoot. You will break a sweat! 


Should I arrive early? 

Yes, we suggest arriving at least 10 minutes early to check in so we can help you get set up. 


Do I need dance experience? 

Absolutely not! While we use some terminology associated with ballet and other fitness regimes, our instructors will not only describe each move and position, but will also demonstrate throughout the class. We don't want anyone to feel left out! 


Can I participate in classes if I’m pregnant? 

We’ve had women in all stages of pregnancy take class. If you have your doctor’s approval please arrive a few minutes early to talk to your instructor about any necessary modifications. 


Does the studio have showers? 

Unfortunately, we do not.
